Denny Menholt Honda never informed me of all the extra maintenance costs associated with this new Honda. Although I purchased a complete maintenance package, the additional (not covered) maintenance costs are ridiculous. At 30k miles it will cost me around $800 in maintenance. I do not know if they are doing this because I purchased a lifetime warranty or if this is standard for a Honda. Also, they sold me a PermaShield warranty that includes the windshield repair. Talked to the parts department for some help on bearing identification. They told me they have no idea and their techs are busy. I called another honda dealership who was glad to help me. they even did some research, called me back and even emailed me some information. Rushmore honda definitely needs to train the parts department on customer service, and part knowledge.
