I had my first visit with Dental Associates of Athens and it was for a root canal. Dr Harris and the entire staff were friendly and made me feel so welcomed there. I even received a call later in the evening to make sure I was feeling okay after my procedure. I have never had a dentist to do that before.
Everyone is so friendly! I used to be terrified of the dentist but I actually enjoy going now! I would absolutely recommend Dental Associates!

Dr Hood and the staff had gone above and beyond to help my 7 yr old,we called on Tuesday for an appointment and got in on the he same day,and they care about the patient!!!! Thank you all so much!!
RecommendedI've needed a lot of work done and haven't lived here long. A lady at work recommended I try dr. Harris so it was a go. They have really gone above and beyond to do everything necessary to get me smiling again. It is always entertaining when Bevin and dr. Harris are working on you, I mean they will sing to you ☺️ a root canal is a lot of people's worst nightmare but they really do make you more at ease. They are truly an amazing team and I've sent many people to see them.
RecommendedI have been using the same dentist for a long time and I love him and his staff but because of a new job and traveling I needed a dentist who could do a one day crown. Katie and Dr. Harris were great and it took less than 2 hours for my new crown.
RecommendedWhat a day! Went in for my annual cleaning and came out with a much needed crown. I expressed my dental apprehensions and the next thing I know an appointment has been cancelled so I didn't have to dread coming back to get the crown. I was taken such good care of by Brittany and Dr. Hood. I was so grateful for the sensitivity to my apprehension. Thank you all!
RecommendedCan't say enough good about Dr Josh Hood and the staff at Dental Associates of Athens. I have had a problem with a tooth and they have gone ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of my problem. Dr Hood and Grace even came to the office this morning (on a Saturday-their day off) to take care of me. Also involved in seeing that I got the best care possible was Mary and Christy.
