Use to love this place. Love Dr Applegate but I don’t like the fact that I was taken advantage of. Was charged for things that I was not told about and charged for a cleaning I had done a year ago, that I did not know was a special cleaning that my insurance did not cover. Was never billed went in to get a final crown that I was told I needed to pay $165 got there and all of a sudden it was over $300. My experience was truly awful. The worst treatment I've ever had and the absolute worst service I've ever received from any business ever. The dentist was downright cruel, broke my tooth off and then tried to drill into my gum, then sent me away with no pain killers just gauze. I had to go to the emergency room for hello because the pain was so intense.
