I did not like the fact that I had to pay $20 for a “special” when I came in for a routine cleaning and annual exam. That should have been free, X-rays and all. I’m not sure what type of anesthesia they use to do fillings but I’ve never had to be shot 3 times in my mouth in any spot to numb my area before she could proceed without me feeling pain.. I was referred to this office by a long-standing patient. I was nervous at first, but felt better the minute I walked in. The staff is great and so friendly and accommodating. Dr. Applegate is awesome. She knew exactly what was going on and how to remedy the problem. I’ll know not to be nervous next time. They treated me like I’d been a patient for a long time! I would highly recommend Dental Care Independence.

I don’t like going to any dentist. Dr. Olivia and her staff made me feel at ease and it was actually an exceedingly tolerable experience. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I was greeted with smiles and a cordial greeting. The procedure was not wholly painless but I did not die either. So I look at this as a win. Way to go team!!
