You can always tell that Dr Russell and the team have the patients best interest at heart. I recently came in to have a crown done but Kristy spotted an issue that I didn't even know about. She had Dr Russell check it out and they decided it needed immediate attention. Let's just say I don't relax while I'm in a dental chair...Dr Russell and Cheryl always make me feel that everything is under control. They are truly Great People at Dental Designs!
I had a temporary bridge which broke on a Saturday,I called Dental Designs at 8:00 AM on Monday and got in at 2:00PM same day and Stephanie made me a new one.I was very pleased,good job.
Mellissa is a wonderful technician, very gentle, Dr. Russell was bengal as well. Dr. Russell took the time to show all pictures of mouth and recommendations for what needed to be done, no pressure as to when.
Been being treated for many years there and thank Dr.Russell and his staff for taking care of my dental needs so well .
