Melissa is always very friendly and does a great job! We always request her for our cleanings. Our family has been coming to Dental Designs for over 8 years now and we all love the friendly and professional staff. Dr. Smith is so personable and always makes you feel comfortable.
We love the people at Dental Designs. Everyone from the front office staff, to hygienist, to Dr. Russell provides exceptional service. We know we're going to be treated well and actually enjoy visiting the dentist!
Thursday I came in for my 6 month clean and exam. I usually see Kristy who is an excellent hygienist, but recently I had to reschedule my appointment with Chrisy, who also did a great job. Dr. Smith performed the exam. He is so friendly and usually has a minute to visit with me. Tammy is always cheerful at the front desk. I have received great service at this dental office for about 10 years now.
I chose this dental office by chatting with the receptionist, Tammy. Being new to the area my husband and I were nervous about choosing a new dentist. She was nice and informative which is how we wound up at this office. We have not been sorry about choosing Dr Russell. His "chairside" manner puts us at ease and he has done excellent work on our dental problems. His staff is friendly and they also perform excellent work.
This's a like no othe dentist I have ever visited. I think I finally found a dental home for my whole family needs. On your arrival you're warmly welcomed. You take a seat in modern waiting room stalked with reading materials, before you flip a page, you're next.. no waiting. They really keep your appointed time for you. Check it out and enjoy your dentist visit than ever before.
I have been seeing Dr Russell for several years and feel very confident in his judgement & treatment. I am also very pleased with the services of his staff. They always acknowledge me when I come in and are very friendly and helpful. This is a very competent practice. I would recommend them.
Dr. Grant Smith and his assistant, Vicky, really provided fantastic service during the last few months. They took care of my dental emergency and I ended up with an amazing smile. It was a great experience to work with everyone, including the office staff.
