I honestly felt duped. I’ve been seeing them for over five years and I’ve been very loyal to them and for them to charge me for a crown that broke off that they put on is just complete utter nonsense so yeah deserving one star and I will never go back don’t trust these people. They’re just all in it for the money and it’s honestly like going to buy a car you feel like you’re being pitched to purchase something that’s for your health. It’s complete BS.
I came in for a routine check up .. obtained X-rays and was advised what was needed . I advised that I would think about the suggestion and then asked for the regular cleaning that comes with an annual exam. I was rudely refused. I have been a patient for several years and never experienced this treatment. I am seriously thinking of changing providers
Worst experience I’ve had with dentist. Took me back 20 minutes after my appt time. Took my x rays then dentist came in saying I needed deep cleaning… said my insurance doesn’t cover and it was $600. I asked why I needed it and they said that I have bacteria build up beneath gum so they need to numb my mouth and get under there to get out otherwise I was going to have complications and bone loss. DENTAL WORK TO RAPAIR BRIDGE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL
I needed an appointment for maintenance on my implant quickly and called in on Monday and was able to get an appointment for the next day. I always get 5-star rating.

Over priced treatment. Lake of hygiene, they have gloves on and touch everything with that glove, probably protecting their own hands from the germs.
