super nice Dr. Ward is hands down the best. His dental hygienist, Stephanie, also is the absolute sweetest and most gentle hygienist I have ever had. She gets your teeth really clean but is not rough. Also really smart and aweet. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to treat you special. I have gone to this office for over 7 years and love them all.

DISATROUS EXPERIENCE I paid Dr. Ward $30,000 for upper mouth reconstruction. When he put in the temporaries I told him they were too long. He stated he was correcting my smile. He never discussed changing my smile with me. That is a violation of ethics. He runs a loose ship and cannot attend to details. This dental work has to be removed and replaced. Ward takes no responsible and is mean and hateful. There are so many better choices for dental care.

Tulsa Night Mare My wife “was” a patient and her implants were poorly placed too close to adjoining teeth and sinus bones. This was learned after he made and placed her 2 temp teeth which were cosmetically a joke ( to short and tilted forward) I told my crying wife they are just temps and that the perminent teeth would be perfect (which was what he personally told us in our consultation. Disaster! Think twice!! Dr Ward cut my lip during surgery, I will always have a scar. He overdosed me with anesthetic and sent me home unconscious. I was sick for 3 months. He takes no responsibility and wrote in the case notes that the anesthetic was well tolerated. That was a lie. I paid him $28,000 for upper mouth reconstruction. I have miserable headaches and difficulty swallowing. Three very notable dentist have told me that the teeth are too long and all work must be replaced. Not child friendly I did not appreciate that the staff did not want me to go back with my daughter who was having sealant done. She was not comfortable and I was not either. I was ready to leave the office when the staff decided to ‘allow’ me to come back with her. When she was comfortable I did let her go by herself. We will not be back to the office. This was unacceptable in our opinion.

Confusion and Dysfunction I have been coming to this office for a few years now and each time I visit, there is always someone new. I have seen now 4 different dentists and I have to re-visit my situation each time. It is very confusing each time I visit. I want to be comfortable with the person who is taking care of my teeth and I can't seem to get there because there is always someone new for me to see. Excellent as always, except for a new hygienist. The front desk staff was very friendly and polite as they always are. But this new hygienist that cleaned my sons teeth was not so friendly or polite. My son is 10 years old and I asked to speak with the doctor when she was done doing the cleaning b/c I wanted to ask Dr. Ward his opinion as to if or when he was ready to have the orthodontist take a look at his teeth b/c if his class 3 occlusion. Painful Cleaning I have been getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months since I was a child. I have never had a hygienist that hurt me like this one. I thought she was going to break my veneers. I could eat dinner this evening because my mouth was so sore. I did think it was unprofessional of her to bad mouth the former hygienist. I came from a dentist in Tulsa that I had been going to for over 40 years. I loved Dr. Trammel. I was sad to find out he was no longer here.
