They are gentle, informative, very nice and not only educate patients, but donit in a very compassionate way!! I’ve never liked dentist visits, but i actually was very relaxed through the whole visit. Lisa was wonderful when it came to the cleaning!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Dr Bui and staff are both professional and personable. Each visit provides top notch dentistry with caring. Also appreciate the financial planning I have received when we need to do a few bigger procedures.
The hygienist was on-time in starting my appointment. She was very friendly and professional.
Dr. Bui and staff (from the receptionist to the assistants to the billing personnel) are all extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. I had to have several procedures within a month, which normally would be an extremely unpleasant experience. But I do not have a single criticism or complaint.
Usually pretty good. One time they put me in a short time slot which I think made Dr. Bui feel rushed. She was in and out very quickly and she didn’t have time to answer all our questions.
I’ve had some awful dental experiences in the past and the anxiety kept me from going to the dentist for years. I knew I needed to go back and a friend recommended Dr. Bui. Now I will be the friend recommending Dr. Bui because the whole visit from start to finish was very friendly and welcoming, everything they were doing during cleaning and exam was explained, and I was able to view pictures of any issues and the care plan was very clear with all the pricing laid out. I've met VERY few people who actually enjoy a visit to the dentist. Most procedures, even when done perfectly, are just not comfortable, to say the least. Any problems you might have with a procedure are only made much worse if the doctor and staff aren't that great; been there before, hopefully never again! Professionalism and technology!
The care is always the best. We love Dr. Bui and feels she has our needs at heart. The staff are friendly and always have a smile ready. Our family has had a LOT of needed work done and never had anything but great results. A big positive is that they now have a endodontist on staff so wait time is minimal. That’s huge when you need a root canal done and don’t need to wait to get an appointment. Ten stars for this group!
