In the beginning I was very unhappy because I was about 4 mins late for my appointment abs I call to inform the office that I was running late due to a detour and traffic jam . But when I got there it was a issue but the manger solved the problem and I was able to be seen.

They were able to give me an emergency appointment on very short notice. The staff were very nice and welcoming. I was in such a rush that I had forgotten my payment card and they kindly arranged an alternative which was convenient for me at that time.
