I am reaching out to bring to your attention an issue that transpired on two separate occasions at your establishment. Following my treatment, I had a terrible encounter with the service desk. I was seen earlier this month by Dr. Pozo. She was amazing. She did my filings & she was very nice & experienced. She allowed me to express the grievance I had from my prior visit which was a few weeks before. She listened & sympathized & reexamined my teeth & gave me a new treatment that I was truly satisfied with. She isn’t a dentist who is after the money. She’s honest & kind. Just awful. Their lab botched a job I needed done and after charging me for the incompetent result, ghosted me when I tried reaching out to fix it. Fast at taking your money but unresponsive when they screw up. Avoid them.Â
Bad experience!!! Worst clinic ever I went today with a severe toothache!! I pay $79, in order dentist know, which one give me the pain, the dentist she couldn’t even figure out which tooth give me the pain, she went call other one from the other room they says to me his specialist in the same clinic, they want me to pay other$79 for second time in order to read my X-ray, but still they not going to resolve my problem even I pay , they keep asking for financial payment, imagine I’m going to fix the one tooth , they want fix... read more
2 hour wait to be told I need a biopsy, to which it then took an additional hour for them to be ready to perform the biopsy. To make it worse, I had called in before my appointment to tell them that I will need a biopsy. Ended up getting charged $80 for a 2 min consultation fee without getting the actual procedure done as I had a family matter to deal with at the three hour mark of waiting. Fairly sure biopsies are required to ensure a lesion is not cancerous so that will give you an idea for how they prioritize patient heal... read more
