This company sold me a defective dental x-ray machine and will not give me a full refund.
On June 26, 2014, I purchased a dental x-ray unit for $1603.00 from this company. I received it on July 21, 2014. On July 30, 2014, I paid $609.10 to ****** and ***** an equipment installation company. This company was recommended by Dental Planet for installation of this x-ray unit. The xray unit worked at most 2 times then ceased to function. I called Dental Planet which sent ****** and ***** to my office to look at the unit. ****** and ***** stated that a part of the equipment was bad. After speaking to Dental Planet, **** stated that the company would replace the unit at no charge. When asked about the installation fee, **** said that he would handle it and it should not be a problem. Dental planet would work it out.
The new unit arrived in my office on 11/26/14. Called **** regarding its arrival. He said he would call ****** and ***** to discuss installation of the unit. On this day 12/12/14, **** told me that I would have to pay the same fee (609) to ****** and ***** for a second installation. I told **** I wanted to return this machine and that I wanted my money back. He said that I needed to pay a restocking fee. I asked him the amount. He said someone would be calling me with that.
I am asking for a full refund of $1603.00. The original purchase price as I have already lost $609.10 for installation as well as I have to pay another technician to remove the broken xray unit from my wall.

12/15/14 - I have spoken with the Customer and we have agreed to refund the full purchase price of $1603.00 for the unit as requested. We will also make arrangements to have the replacement unit returned at our expense. Shipping label has been sent to the Customer and the refund is being processed.
