We purchased a refurbished Pelton Crane autoclave from Dental Planet that ended up having some mechanical issues. Dental Planet went above and beyond to make it easy for me to get someone local to service the unit; when it was determined that it could not be serviced, they paid to ship it back and sent me another unit! Sadly, when that one failed, Dental Planet's customer service team really went to bat for me and refunded all of my purchase price, no questions asked. I have been associated with Dental Planet for 3 years and I love the fact they refurbish equipment to save the environment. I would highly recommend them.
I needed a battery charger for a BIOX X-ray camera that our dentist in Guatemala uses to provide free dental care for needy children. Without the charger we can't take X-rays of the children's teeth and are limited in our ability to provide dental care. The company that sold us the BIOX camera went out of business and I called and spoke with sales reps at 2 distributors that promised to Source a charger for me but then failed to ever call back.
