We had a fantastic experience today, my daughter did amazing and I have the staff to thank for that. They talked to her like her own little person, they showed and explained EXACTLY what they wanted from her and what they wanted to do. She usually cries while they take x-rays, or laying down on the chair, but today she was all for it. My daughter recently got into dinosaurs, and the decor fit everything she loved. Dr Luque and her staff are an amazing team. We had a routine procedure today that took an unexpected turn (through no fault of their own) and Dr Luque and her team never lost control of the situation. They kept my child safe. I am so grateful to have Sofia Luque on my children's team of health professionals.
I cannot say enough great things about Dentalsaurus. Every single staff member was sweet, caring and knew their jobs well. Dr. Luque is one of a kind and exceeded all of my expectations! Dr. Luque and her staff are the best. My little was afraid of the other dentists she had seen and had been juggled around to find a pediatric dentist who would work with her. Score! Thankful we found this office. Even after a dental surgery, my child gladly opens up for any one in this office and had even managed to take x-rays without me. I wish they treated adults as well!
