I had braces as a preteen for 1.5 years. I wore retainers for a long time; however, professionals didn’t advise to wear them forever at that time. Thirty plus years later, I decided to get Invisalign to straighten out the problem areas. It was so worth it and I’m happy with the results in less than a year’s timeframe!
