Came here for Invisalign. The staff is great! They are always friendly and talk you through the procedures. It really helps distract from worrying about the pain. It is also an environment that makes you feel at ease.
What can I say. My wonderful dental experience begins and ends BECKY. She is friendly, efficient and very very nice. I love coming to the dentist because of BECKY and of course Franklin.
Jenn is one of the best EFDA's I ever met. She is totally efficient. Has a great personality and does her job well. It is a pleasure coming to the dentist with people like Jenn.
Everybody was super friendly and professional, appointment scheduling was quick and efficient.
I am one of those people who sees the dentist more often than my primary care doctor. Of all the dentist that I have had, this office, as well as the staff have a friendly positive approach that makes it really easy to relax. Free wi-fi, drinks and a really hip staff make it a must for locals. I even like the use of the ipad and youtube videos to explain treatment. Lastly, i love the email reminders of your appointment. The appointment was great as they always are. Jocelyn was fantastic. They even texted me beforehand to let me know there was a schedule change and that I could come in early. Best dentist office around!
