My entire experience at Dentistry at Suburban Square was extremely positive. Coming from a person with extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist, they worked with me every step of the way to ensure that I always felt comfortable. Deciding to get Invisalign at Dentistry at Suburban Square was definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made, and I am so happy that I finally made the move to fix my teeth with their company. LOVE This office! After relocating from Seattle, we were slow on finding a dentist. When my husband broke his two front teeth playing soccer, good friends provided the recommendation. They were able to get my husband (brand new patient) in immediately when we called first thing in the morning. After making him promise to wear a mouth guard in the future (something his teammates now do as well), Dr Wollock helped him determine the treatment options and got him fixed up in record time. My experience here has been great. The staff are very friendly and professional. They have made every visit inviting. Dr. Wallock has been awesome and a pleasure to have working on my teeth. My experience using Invisalign at this office has been quite informative and effective. I love the outcome. I have shared my journey with several people and highly recommend anyone interested in Invisalign to come here.
The staff at the Dentistry at Suburban Square are always happy and kind - great customer service. I never forget my appointment because they use technology to remind us - text, email, and phone! I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes from my appointment time, so they are very organized and efficient with their schedule. Dr. Wollock and his staff, especially Sally, make the whole experience easy and comfortable.
The staff always makes me feel like I'm their primary concern, and the care is top notch. Dr. Wollock is really great about explaining exactly what is going on and what he's doing when he's working on my teeth. New in town, and glad I found this office as quickly as I did!
I am so in love with my Dentist. I completely forgot about my appointment and they sent me a text message reminder, which was wonderful because I had a meeting. They were so accommodating in rescheduling my appointment for later the same day. Then once I got there with my son in tow, I discovered that they have a wonderful children's area where he had access to books, movies, trains and games. My experience here has been extraordinary! The staff is professional and friendly. My appointments are always prompt and I am in and out for my scheduled appointment. The office sends frequent reminders via text and email to alert when an upcoming appointment is coming. They are extremely helpful. I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice to come here. I'd highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.
