Had my teeth cleaned and it was a good visit. Before I started going to Dentistry by Kaplansky I was petrified of dentist
First visit- Very friendly and Professional I was treated with respect and friendly people. There was absolutely no pressure to have any work done that I would be uncomfortable doing or felt like I was unable to afford. I was not rushed to make any decisions at my appointment. The office is new, clean and is well staffed. I left knowing exactly what my plan is and appointments set up for each procedure. Today's visit excellent I took a chance today, starting over. I was broken. The pain in my mouth had me at witts end. So from the start of the phone call this am, to the end of my visit today it was wonderful. Every person was so caring and understanding. Did we solve my issue? I honestly can't answer that yet as I may have more than one thing, but I am confident that the office will work with me to figure it all out!! I am so glad I decided to start over. High quality service along with great customer service I used to dread going to the dentist. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. My son came with me to my last visit. He enjoyed staying in the lobby playing. They are always very considerate in letting me know every detail of my care. As well as my post care I will have to attend to.

wonderful service on 1st visit dawn at the front desk is so friendly and kim was very gentle and caring with my cleaning. great experience, I'm glad I switched to this dental office.
High quality service along with great customer service This would be my second visit at Dr. Kaplanski's office. I always feel welcome. If I have any questions they are more than willing to help. I may not be able to afford some of the care I do need at the moment, but they don't make me feel less of a person. I feel as though I have been coming here for years.
Awesome service! The girl at the front desk was awesome to deal with and the girl who cleaned my teeth was even sweeter than her! They took their time to go over everything with me and I will def. be recommending them to friends and family.
