I appreciated that the office called me to ask if I could come 1/2 hour later as they were running behind. I much preferred to wait at home instead of waiting in the waiting room wondering why it was taking so long. Keep up the great work!

The staff was wonderful!! I am very uncomfortable going to the dentist. We needed to switch dental groups, When asking around i was referred to Dr. Kaplansky. I have to say from the minute i walked in the door i felt at ease. My family will now be patients of Dr. Kaplansky.

Dr Kaplansky talked to me about my problems, gave me options how to proceed. Told me things other dentists have never mentioned to me. His hygienist was calming and had patience, which is great for someone like myself who fears going to the dentist and has a severe gag reflex.
