My son is special needs and solis failed to inform me he was dropping my kids because my son is non verbal and can’t comprehend what the staff is asking. I’m so embarrassed I recommend families to this establishment. I had my son show up to this appointment and they gave me a letter telling me that they were dropping both of my children when they could’ve told me over the phone. My daughter had a tooth extracted and the doctor was rough. I could hear her groaning and felt helpless. The dental assistant was nice and helpful, but the skill of the doctor is not up to par. I am not quite sure where to start because I am still in shock that a pediatric dentist could treat children so terribly. I discovered after the fact that Dr. Solis knowingly pulled two teeth from my 4 year old before the Novocaine had enough time to start working. He numbed the gums, gave the shot, and immediately pulled despite her screams of pain and not even checking if the area was numb first.
