DO NOT COME HERE!!!! The WORST service of any place I’ve ever been. On my teeth whitening, they bleached my gums so severely i had to go to urgent care and get pain medication for three days. I couldn’t make it through the treatment and could only do half because my gums were literally WHITE from their sloppiness. Do not believe the reviews you read. Dentistry of Highland Village are only concerned with maximizing their profits and getting more business by suggesting additional services to the new patients. My experience with Dentistry of Highland Village was disappointing. I bought a Dental checkup & cleaning deal on Groupon, but I only got the checkup when I came to the office. My basic cleaning has been denied. Instead, I was suggested to come back for a deep cleaning, paradental surgery and veneers (a total cost of a few thousand ... read more

Dr. Alvarado is great! I was somewhat disappointed that I was given a reminder call a week in advance and promised a second reminder the day before. No second reminder came, and I was not told that as a new patient there, I would need to fill out medical history papers. I did not have all of the information with me. This was my first visit to Dr. Alvarado in this location and did not get the personal touch from the front desk staff that I was used to at her previous location.
