My experience was amazing!!! Your practice is outstanding!! From the time you walk in the door until the moment you leave you feel welcomed! Dr. Finite was wonderful!! He explained each step of my root canal and was a joy to be around! Thank you so much for seeing me so quickly. It is nice not be in pain anymore! Based on our experience with you we changed dentists after 15 years! I will recommend you to all my friends!

Today I had a new hygienist clean my teeth and we were in a tiny room with instruments set up for a "left handed" person and she was right handed. This required her to reach across me and pull the equipment across my head and face. Many times my hair was pulled and trapped between her body and the chair. She was very nice and helpful but the cleaning experience was not pleasant. I have been coming for years and have had multiple procedures done. I had my teeth cleaned and a cavity filled three months ago. I had my teeth cleaned and was told they looked good,but I was told I needed another cavity filled three months later......really? Everyone I get a teeth cleaning, am I getting a cavity filled?

I was hoping the crown could've been removed or repaired that day. Frustration to have to make another appointment and see an oral surgeon in all fairness affected my rating
The cost of $45 for the dentist to make a 3 min check of my mouth after the hygienist cleaning is way too expensive. A patient should be given a choice whether or not they wish to have the service of a dentist.
I am actually answering for my daughter. I asked her the other day if she would like to try a new dentist that recently opened an office really close to our house. She said absolutely not. Loves Sugar Hill Dentistry.
