It was my first time going to the dentist in years so I was very nervous, but everyone on the staff was warm and inviting. In fact, the office itself is very nice to be in and feels comfortable; I enjoyed my visit very much. I now have a game plan to get my teeth back on a healthy journey, and I look forward to my next visit. P.s Mrs. Kim is awesome along with the front desk ladies Mrs. Donna, and Mrs. Kathy. If I didn't mention your name I totally forgot it and im sorry, but you were awesome too.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
I could not have a better dentist than Dr. Carter. He is very thorough, experienced, and conservative in his approach to our dental care and he is a gentlman. The office staff, Donna & Kathy are incredible with wonderful attitudes but also very efficient. The hygenist are also kind, fun, but also very thorough.
I recently moved to a new state. Had an emergent tooth issue, called the office they were able to get me in within an hour. Turns out I had a cavity in which they were also able to perform the filling at the same time. There was no need to schedule another appointment to have the additional dental work completed. I left there feeling so satisfied by the friendliness of the staff and that my issue was resolved in one appointment. They have my business and now all of my family members as well.

I am a chicken when it comes to going to the dentist. I am not alone. I feel very comfortable at Sugar Hill Dentistry and they go outof their way to make the patient comfortable. Very friendly staff.
