I have been coming here for many years. Dentists have come and gone but staff has always been wonderful. Questions and concerns always addressed very professionally and resolved in a timely manner. First of all I have a severe dental phobia, I have had bad experiences going to The dentists in the past . The staff here we're very nice, and very gentile .I I am very happy with my experience .They have totally changed my perception of going to the dentist , my only regret is not going here sooner
My experience was awesome, not only did they take the Time to explain to me what was going on they also use pictures to help me understand all these medical terms . Everyone there was very professional and kind I would definitely recommend them to anyone . I've been bragging to all my friends about what a great place .
Friendly professional staff, and especially receptionist Donna welcomed us as new patients to Sugar Hill. Dr. Helton has been our dentist since 1987! We continue to respect him as our dentist, but more important as a kind young man caring for my entire family.
