From the time I entered the building until the time that I left, the experience was outstanding. Front Desk personnel met you with a smile when you walked in the door, the wait time was minimal. Assistants and Dentists were friendly and let you know step by step on what was to be accomplished before they worked on you. Everything was upfront. Checkout was fast and efficient. Everyone was very professional in their demeanor. Kudos to all for the great job during my visit.
My experience as a patient of Dr Carter has been nothing but favorable. I have had an extreme fear of having dental work done since I had some bad experiences as a child. Having gone to many dentists in many States I will say my experience with Dr Carter has been the best. I am actually quite relaxed when I sit in “the chair”. As always, the dentists and staff were friendly and helpful. The office is very nice and clean and their equipment is first class. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a new dental office in the area.
Another successful trip to my wonderful dentist(Dr. J Carter). Love him after over 20 years of painless treatments. I had another experience with a new Dr Taylor. Had to have a tooth extracted. He did a great job and painless, also. If there ever was a great experience with a dentist, this is the place.
The name of the practice has changed over the 40+ years that I've been a patient here and my original dentists have long retired, but all the dentists, hygienists, and others that have provided my services have done a great job. I've never considered going anywhere else.
Ownership, dentists and hygienists have changed over the years but the service and treatment at this practice has always been honest and effective.
Personnel were very nice and professional, visit went smoothly with doctor’s check up and setting a plan for 2019 prevention care.
Usually you don't enjoy cleaning but I did. My dental hygienist was pleasant and very good. She made the visit less painful. Also she asked me if I wanted to try the new polish for my teeth in which it was good and less gritty. I would have used my dental hygienist name but I'm not good with remembering names.
