I had a medical emergency: my front crown came off as I flossed after lunch. Ugly!! Donna worked me in right away, and I was all put back together in no time! Thanks so much!!!
The hygienist and Dentist were so nice and caring. I have sensitivity and the hygienist took her time cleaning my teeth and was very gentle.
FYI ONLY I was referred to Dr. Dillon for what I understood to be consultation. I was not told otherwise. I did not take any medication,. but discovedred that I believe Dr. Dilon planned to extract two teeth based on X-rays I had taken a month ago. He did not have any of medication and was obviouysly upset with me because I had not taken any medication. I had received a refill prescription the day before and had not had it f illed. Very quick and friendly check-in during my first visit to Sugar Hill Dentistry. The examination and cleaning were comprehensive. The quality of the service was excellent. The staff took great care in ensuring I fully understood the actions taken and the condition of my teeth. Overall every member of the staff performed professionally and with a demonstrated concern for the patient.
