They are among the worst of the current trend of pushy corporate-run dentist offices that over-diagnose and put their bottom line ahead of their patients’ needs. I was told I needed two fillings, but got a second opinion from a dentist who told me my teeth were perfectly fine. Would recommend finding an independently-owned practice instead.
Dr. Erika is outstanding! My Invisalign turned out better than I thought was possible and she and her team were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. Would highly recommend for both Invisalign services and regular cleanings/check-ups. The best dentist I’ve been to BY FAR. Thanks so much, Dr. Erika!
I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and was nervous heading into my appointment. The entire staff was kind, welcoming and professional. I was impressed with their xray and scanning technology- I was able to see all sides of my teeth and areas of concern. Dr.McKenna laid out my treatment plan very clearly and thoroughly explained what she was seeing. I would highly recommend this office! Clean office. They are always very sweet with my daughter. They let her pick out a show so she can watch it while they do their thing on her teeth. The coolest thing is the tv on the ceiling so she can watch it when laid back. Its a good distraction and keeps her calmer while they work on her teeth. Doctor will let her know what to do to keep her teeth healthy and she always receives a little bag with goodies for her teeth at the end of the appointment. Highly recommend this place for both adults and children.
Went in for an emergency appointment because I was in terrible pain and knew I needed a root canal. Was asked to move up my appointment and did and all they did was take an X-ray and tell me what I already knew (that I needed a root canal) and was told to make an appointment for next week. Like what is there understanding of emergency?! It is truly unfortunate that it was not made clear when booking that you might not be able to be helped same day. Will not be coming back.
