The experience was fabulous from start to finish. I was on the fence with whether my upgrade would consist laminate or carpeting, but after several discussions with Barb Hart (my sales rep), we opted for the carpeting. What a great choice, and the color was perfect! The gentlemen who came to do the install were so courteous and fast. Hands-down for a great experience at a great price!
Fast, great and excellent! I would like to thank Eric, who was my manager project on carpet exchange. He came fast, did all measurement very professionally, sent me a quote, and was open for price negotiation. Also, he showed his professionalism and knowledge in advising alternative floor materials, as for example, for a more updated and better version of laminate. Eric is polite, intelligent and a very easy to work with. My 5 stars to Eric. Thank you!

Very professional. Love love love our new floors! Kevin and his crew were amazing to work with. Floors are amazing and his team was great to work with. On time- worked hard everyday, left the house clean at the end of each day. I'd recommend them to anyone doing floors.
