Staff are INCREDIBLY rude. I have shown up for visits only to be told the doctor is not in that day, and rescheduled for months into the future after waiting area for over an hour. When I told them I would be out of town on the future date, they said "that is not their problem". Today, after the rescheduled meeting, that I took time off of work to attend, I was told the doctor was 'in a meeting" and would call me back in two hours. Worst doctor I think I've ever seen. Rude, irritable, impatient, and not an ounce of compassion. The arrogance and condescending attitude was overwhelming.
He misdiagnosed my hand and treated me like I was nothing. Do not go this this guy that says he is a doctor, look like they had out phds nowadays.
This doctor is cruel not just rude. He will leave you waiting for an hour or more, spend 12 minutes with you, explain nothing and throw 2 scripts at you in a show of an ego that is not only unsympathetic but unacceptable to any quality of care from a doctor. Meanwhile sales reps sit waiting to speak to him and taking from patient time, it is a mill.
I can't get his office to call me back to even make an appointment. I've been trying for months.
I took my wife to Dr. Moon because he was in the same building as our primary care physician. The first visit went okay with him being very attentive. They cancelled the second visit suddenly due to the illness of EEG tech but didn't tell us until we were 100 miles into our 150-mile trip to get to their office. The next appointment was disappointing at best. He left my wife hanging after an MCI diagnosis. We won't go back.
My experience with Dr. Moon and his office was extremely frustrating. They neglected to call in a prescription for me and send a referral for over two weeks. I had to go to his office several times to make sure these things were done. When I went back for my second visit he completely contradicted what he had said during my first appt. Told me a needed brain surgery the first time, he freaked out when I went back and told him I'm going through the steps to do so and told me I didn't need it.
Thankfully, my experience was limited to one appointment. Dr. Moon and his staff are incapable of providing quality neurological healthcare. I regret not exploring other options before wasting my time and money.
My experience with Dr. Moon was very disappointing. He doesn't seem to be truly knowledgeable on various options of the root cause for my condition. In addition, he is very quick to recommend for you to see his PA. Very disappointing
