Dr. Moon is very good in listening, explaining what he is hearing, and determining what he believes should be done. I suspect that I will soon know that he was right.
I like Dr. Moon and would recommend him to anyone I know. I would have given him 5 stars but for problems getting in touch with his assistant. I left word time after time for her to call me but she didn't. Dr. Moon had given me some instructions I didn't understand completely and needed her to clarify for me.
Dr. Moon is very thoughtful and logical in his diagnosis. He tires to explain things so that the patient can understand. He is a good listener and asks a lot of questions. I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a neurologist.

He is very knowledgeable, asks intelligent questions and follow up questions, demonstrates a keen interest in his patients, he is extremely thorough, has amazing bed side manners, he actually is giving us hope by trying to figure out what's happening in order to help us in the best way possible. My own fault but I had an appointment with Dr Moon but went to the wrong location. The staff was able to change to a video appointment. I've been seeing Dr Moon for quite some time and really appreciate his listening and explanation abilities... and he has a good sense of humor!
Dr Moon is very thorough, great with follow ups, explains well. The office staff is friendly and professional.
Dr Moon is very caring and I never feel rushed. He is very concerned regarding my migraines and the other symptoms associated with them. I now live a 5 hour drive and will continue seeing him. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Moon.
