There was some office personnel confusion about my appointment which I had confirmed twice. Once I arrived for my appointment, the staff explained that my appointment would proceed normally, which it did and the office staff apologized for the communication problem. My visit with Dr. Young was timely and my test results were thoroughly reviewed with me and any questions that I had were answered.
