Three things... Responsiveness - Derek and Adriana responded to quickly to every request including my initial inquiry. Pricing - the rate came in a little higher to start and then Derek was able to get the pricing I was seeking. Knowledge/experience - as a banker who used to run a consumer and jumbo mortgage operation, I know the processes and hoops that have to be jumped through. I didn't feel any of it was painful and Derek did everything to minimize inconvenience.
