Inspection issues revealed the need for a lot of repairs, and Derek was great in working with me to provide solid advice and prompt delivery scenarios I revieweed as I considered different combinations of down payment and buyer credit possibilities throughout the process. Derek was also able to arrange for closing 5 days ahead of scheduled at the end of it all.
