Doug was fantastic out of the gate. I always enjoy networking with him. Derek was great when we connected to discuss the process, pricing and next steps. Julie has been awesome. She's been very responsive and clear on what is needed for underwriting and why. She keeps regular communication so that I don't have "ask" where we stand. So far the process has enjoyable and productive.

Communication from both Derek and Darla. Informative and to the point while maintaining friendly attituded. I especially appreciated Derek checking in with me while my wife and I were searching. He provided pricing on some homes we were looking at and it really helped me set an actual price range for us and our financial position. Ultimately we ended up in a house we are very excited about.

Recommendations based on how we were placed based on our credit history and other details definitely derisked us. Also, transparency in the process through app made it almost hands free process.
