Derek and his team are awesome! Super fast, professional, accommodating. As first time homebuyers, we don't really know what we should be doing, or how any of this should work. Derek was open, candid, and honest. He is very knowledgeable about the lending side in a way that is easy for Buyers to understand. In this transaction he was able to close the transaction much faster than anyone even expected , and it was a condo!
