I compared 5 mortgage lenders and chose to complete pre-authorization with two of them. Derek won my business due to his hands-on approach. He answered all my questions and kept in contact, calling me every 2 - 3 days to keep me up to date even at the times where there was nothing for his team to do. When our appraisal didn't hit the mark, we were still able to move forward without increasing our down payment because OnQ Financial was able to buy out our PMI.
