As a real estate agent I get to work with lots of lenders. This was my first transaction with Derek Wetzel and I must say that he really worked hard and went above and beyond. There were a few minor bumps at the end (not anyone's fault that threatened to delay closing. Derek worked very hard and did everything in his power to ensure we closed on time. I look forward to working with OnQFinancial again.

Derek--and the whole team--was extremely responsive. I could rely on a response in less than an hour during a quick-close situation. I don't think we would have hit our close date if we had gone through a different company.
