TL;DR: This is your white glove, personalized service, somehow they make you feel like their only customer loan provider. We had our first consult with Derek and team in January and ended up making the purchasing decision in March. We'd entered a cooling phase in our approach to buying a new home, but received that last bit of encouragement in the form of a phone call in February from Derek's office, and that's just what we needed to open that search up again and take a look at what we could do, and I'm glad we did.
