After closing on our home, he gave us an organized binder with all of our important closing documents, home insurance policy, etc. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated this gesture. I have been working with the Loan officer on all my home purchases for a long time. Due to the fates I worked with Derick this time and we are happy that it happened. He was there for everyone of my needs and wants. Him and his team left no stone unturned while we navigated the ups and downs of buying in this crazy market.
