Always available to answer any questions I have. Frustrating part was having to ask for an explanation of why our closing costs kept increasing on multiple occasions, versus being advised they were increasing. I would look at a document and notice it was higher, but with not explanation to why. Only thing I would say as a downfall, but other than that a great experience!
