Can’t say enough positive things about John Richards and the rest of the team here at Deriso. We came in looking like underdogs in a pfa case and then custody/relocation battle. Not a situation you want to be in as a man. In the end the pfa was withdrawn and I walked away with 50/50 custody and a large part of that was due to John’s handling of the case. Listened and took our problem seriously. Did all the necessary research to present our side with conviction. Our lawyers, Michael and Brittney, explained all of our options and our plan of attack in the courtroom in easy, understandable terms. I’m glad I put my trust in DD&S. I do suggest that they review the work of Matt Reid, their investigator. The statements he submitted were all incorrect.
