I am a patient of Blue Sky and have seen that Blue Sky and Derma Blue were connected in some way. Figured I would give it a shot since I am very happy with Blue Sky. Made appointment 2 weeks out and 30 min before appointment I get a call saying they are unable to do the appointment without an RN present. I literally live over an hour away. I have experienced trust issues with this office and will not be making any future appointments - there are far too many other competent offices in our area. Trust is everything when it comes to this kind of service.
Dermablue has no board certified dermatologists on its staff. On its face, the website is very careful and cleverly worded with the use of the word "specialist". Those with any medical background can read between these lines. The staff will NOT inform you that you will be seen by a PA for medical complaints, and not physician , much less a diplomate of ACD. If you have any medical condition that is complicated, chronic, or otherwise serious, seek care elsewhere. Nice try, Dr Lamond
The most unprofessional business I’ve been to. I’ve been seeing Joyce the PA for a couple months in Asheville for my breakouts. She bulldozed everything I said, I could barely get a word in and she was extremely rude and dismissive. I told her I would like to feel supported by her because I didn’t. She said “then go somewhere else” and simply walked out. No one followed up with me, they just looked at me like I was the crazy one. Their customer service is nonexistent.
I had an awful experience with Dermablue. I would not recommend if you are going for lip injections.
