Thorough exam. Personable PA and assistant. Disappointed that skin tag on nose that I believe is a result of biopsy 6 months ago is now a $150 fee to remove. Same for milia near eye. $100 for something that takes 5 minutes and is sometimes done by esthetician? For the $$$ insurance reimbursement for what amounted to a 10 minute appointment, I see little value other than reassurance of no skin cancers.
