The biopsy by Heidi was fine, the follow up by her female asst was less then satisfactory. Handed a sheet of instructions and walked out. Had to call numerous times to get biopsy results and when they did call back with results the female ( not Heidi) talked so fast, gave me a appointment time and said see you at the office and hung up. Try to call back the next day and your recording said some nurse will call back in 24 hours ( that never happen) 3 days later after calling numerous times Heidi called back and answered my qu... read more

Autumn is a fantastic provider. I could hardly see marks when she was finished with my service. While I will go back for a follow up, it is only because I missed my three month mark. Will definitely continue to go to her!

Thorough exam. Personable PA and assistant. Disappointed that skin tag on nose that I believe is a result of biopsy 6 months ago is now a $150 fee to remove. Same for milia near eye. $100 for something that takes 5 minutes and is sometimes done by esthetician? For the $$$ insurance reimbursement for what amounted to a 10 minute appointment, I see little value other than reassurance of no skin cancers.
