Their web site states if your care wasn't great we want to make it right. Well after telling them several weeks ago my visit wasn't good I have yet to hear from them. I have several suggestions for you. First let someone know they will be confined to a close room for an hour or so, maybe point out that there is music instead of letting me find that out for myself.
