The doctor is nice but I called asking about my bill and that something did not make sense (stayed very nice) and MID-SENTENCE the lady said, "ok thank you..." Wow! Unprofessional. I was pretty shocked so just said, "ok." And I hung up. I will pay that bill but I hope someone teaches that lady how to speak to (repeat in the past but I'm done) customers. But the actual Dr. is very nice and knowledgable! :)
