Every staff member I interacted with from scheduling appointment , reception, treatment staff and Dr. Sawyer were very gracious and professional. Dr. Sawyer was very attentive to my concerns and thorough in her assessment. Michelle the laser technician was most kind and informative throughout the laser treatment. Samples were provided to help with post laser recovery. The office was spotless and serene. It was a most positive experience!!

Virginia explained the procedure well. She answered all my questions. Very professional & polite. She covered my eyes for protection, then talked to me each step so I wouldn't be 'shocked'. 😊 Laser hair removal are what I call little shocks. 😄
