Dermatology & Laser of Alabama was a breath of fresh air. Everyone, from the receptionist to Dr. Sawyer herself, was super friendly and down-to-earth. No stuffiness here, just genuine smiles and real people who actually listened to my concerns. Dr. Sawyer explained everything clearly and didn't push any unnecessary treatments. Where do I begin. First off a deposit is required over the phone before you can even be seen and if you’re not a candidate you lose your deposit. Cool that wasn’t my issue. I get there and the front desk lady tells me I was 30 minutes late for my appointment but she could squeeze me in. Not sure exactly what that meant because clearly I thought to squeeze someone in meant exactly that. Dr. Sawyer is the best and makes each patient feel important, valued and heard. Her staff, Rachel and everyone are so kind and welcoming. You can tell they are a team and starts from the example set by Dr. Sawyer. There are not words enough to tell you how wonderful they all are.

Absolutely wonderful experience today with Dr. Sawyer and Rachel. We had a great discussion about my needs and created an anti-aging skincare routine (I’m almost 40). Dr. Sawyer actually said I did not need injectables or fillers like I thought I might! I was so impressed that no one pushed me to pay for additional services and that they were so honest and up front about what I do and don’t need. I wasn’t pressured to purchase products either. Amazing place! Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Abby is a real gem and I will work with her again! Already set up my next appointment! And the sweet and precious lady in a front should be an example for all businesses how a customer service should look like - starting with being very professional but also making you feel like you are being taken care off in every aspect, great attitude and positivity which makes you feel on cloud nine especially after long day at work!
