Took one hour to do history. Waited one further hour before aak to come back to room. People in room didn't offer name. Left hanging when appointment done. No one to tell me what meds to start taking. Plus staff couldn't accept my pharmacy telephone number. Went to Pharmacy 4 hours after appointment and there wasn't any meds waiting or an order or a phone call from staff asking again number to my oharmacy.
