My last visit was on Sep. 3, Monday. The doctor and staff at Bellevue office are friendly. However I made a phone call to on Wednesday to ask questions about the medicine. Someone called me back on that day and told me she'll double check with Dr. Levy and let me know, but I haven't heard back from her until now. Another person called me last Friday and sounds rush - saying someone will call back and hang up the phone very quickly.

The service and people here are EPIC! Never have I had such a great experience with a provider, and candidly, had more fun interacting with with them. I was early for my last appointment and they said “no problem,,we can fit you in now’ Not always the case AND they are always considerate if it can be. Love these folks. Makes goin to the Dr. great!!!!
