When you walk into Seattle's Dermatology center, the staff with a high sense of urgency greets their guests forthwith with an inviting smile. Meeting Dr. Jonathan Cyphers I must say I appreciate his integrity, professionalism, and his kindness. I also appreciate meeting Holly the "master esthetician" whose work will be beneficial to my skincare needs. I highly recommend Seattle's Dermatology Center.
I showed up on a Tuesday afternoon at about lunchtime. I only had a few questions about insurance on a small procedure I wanted done before my current good insurance ran out. The receptionists were both nice, professional and courteous. There just happened to be a cancellation, so I was able to be seen within 30 minutes! Once I was seen, not only did my questions get answered, I was told to hop up on the exam table and that they were going to do the easy procedure right then and there! It was quick and painless. great quality customer service and warm welcome greetings from all staff, receptionists, licensed practitioners, and doctors as well, highly recommend going back and referring others to check them out
